BEACHOUSE is a 40-metre Mangusta 130 megayacht built in 2009 by the iconic Italian shipyard Overmarine, and last refitted in 2019. Previously named Ram her luxurious interior is designed by Overmarine and her exterior styling is by Stefano Righini. Inspired by waterfront living in a luxury beach house, her contemporary interior is more than matched by her spacious decks and vast exterior living spaces, BEACHOUSE offers her guests a true connection with the ocean.
In summer, BEACHOUSE is based in St. Tropez (French Riviera) and in winter, in Nassau (Bahamas). In summer she is available for charter in the Western Mediterranean and in winter in the Bahamas.
Accommodation & Deck Areas
BEACHOUSE can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 luxurious, exquisitely decorated staterooms, including a Master suite, a VIP suite, a Double stateroom and a Twin with Pullman bed. Styled in light grey with high-gloss panelling and black and white photography, the ultra-chic master suite has the feel of a New York penthouse. Featuring a lounge area with a Plasma TV and entertainment system, the master suite opens into a stunning ensuite bathroom with a steam bath and rain shower. Each stateroom has its own unique character and is differentiated by its distinct colour coordinates. Beautifully finished with textured white walls, each cabin has an individual colour scheme and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Inspired by a luxury beach house, she features light panels throughout the yacht with soft furnishings that complement the neutral-toned fabrics and warm wooden floors. BEACHOUSE ’s light and open interior takes modern design to a new level. Finished in pure white, neutral coloured furnishings are paired with rich wooden floors and bespoke artwork for a subtly luxurious feel. The main saloon features large sliding glass doors aft and its open plan configuration allows for lots of natural light. A built-in credenza separates the salon from BEACHOUSE ’s formal dining area which can seat up to 12 guests in comfort. The ideal space for onboard dinner parties, a retractable roof opens up overhead for starlit night time cruising. On the lower deck, stairs lead down to a lounge/media room with a state-of-the-art entertainment system. Decorated in all-white with elegant grey accessories, the lower lounge is also a great spot for after-dinner drinks with friends or family.
Performance
Built with GRP hull and superstructure, BEACHOUSE has a cruising speed of 30 knots, a maximum speed of 41 knots and a range of 1,900nm from her 22,000-litre fuel tanks. She is the perfect combination of performance and luxury. EQUIPMENT
